Hi, I'm Ade

I'm Ade, a web designer from Aberdeen

I've spent the last 7 years freelancing with private clients as well as design and marketing agencies on a variety of brand, web and ecommerce projects.

Prior to this, I was a Senior Web Designer with Lighthouse, one of Aberdeen's leading design agencies in its day. Way back, when I started out in the world of web design it was Adobe GoLive vs Macromedia Dreamweaver and everything was fixed width. Things have changed, a lot, but I still get excited when a new website is brought life.

Other Stuff

I did a BA in Design and Craft, specialising in Graphic Design, at Gray's School of Art, Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. I'm currently studying a UX Design learning path with the Interaction Design Foundation and the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage.

About this website

I've always enjoyed building websites as much as designing them. This one's just straight HTML/CSS/JS I've customised from a Bootstrap template. Being able to code HTML/CSS has certainly made me a better designer and also helps where I need to collaborate with developers.
